Shown below are those individuals responsible for the day-to-day guidance and operational duties of one of the very finest crewing agencies in Southeast Asia.

A graduate of HMS Conway Nautical College, Alan served for 10 years in the Merchant Navy with Ben Line, and worked as Yacht and Ferry Captain on various yachts in Asia and Europe.

As a result of his years as a Yacht captain, Alan became aware that the personality and the character of the Southeast Asian could be an answer to the seemingly never ending quest for quality crew. In 1991, when Alan retired as a captain, his desire to serve yacht captains and the yachts they managed with an equal desire to provide opportunity for young Asians, he started the crewing company.

Today as Chairman of Crew Asia, Alan continues to be it's helmsman.

Lisa graduated Magna Cum Laude from St Scholastica's College in Manila and comes to us with a wealth of organizational and people skills gained from a 4 year stint in Teaching at the International School in Cebu and a 20 year career in the Life Insurance Business (Manulife Financial and Pru Life UK).

Her wealth of organizational and business experience has resulted in office procedures and systems being implemented with far reaching benefits to our clients, crew members and office staff.

Lisa's vision is one of excellence in all departments and her personal motto of "We supply the best to the best" says it all.

Hazel has been with Crew Asia since May 2006. Since then she has worked with the Crewing Department communicating with Captains, Pursers, Managers, Yacht Agents, Travel Agents, Embassies and Crew.

As Senior Crewing Officer she is also responsible for getting the necessary paperwork for crew to get them on-board as scheduled.

She also makes sure that they come home on time. She arranges POEA contracts, medicals, seminars and other Philippine Government requirements.

Hazel is a graduate of the University of Cebu. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Industrial Psychology. She works with her team of Liaison Officers and an Assistant Crewing Officer. Together they work to make sure schedules are met.
