The Philippine Government has a very protective view of their country men and women who choose to work overseas. The rules governing their employment, while fair and reasonable, are to be taken seriously.
Accordingly, disciplinary measures taken against any Filipino crew member must be carried out and documented in accordance with strict procedural guidelines in order to avoid unnecessary difficulties.
